Our "wood doors" are built using Merbau solid hard wood. Merbau is stronger, more stable and more resistant to insect damage even than teak or any other wood of the northern hemisphere making it the ideal wood for outside use or on gates.
Our doors are heavy and that is why proper hinge selection ensures smooth operation. The feel of the wood is the most impressive quality you have ever seen. |

IRON DOORS
We use a traditional method of working wrought iron, heating the iron and then bending, shaping and twisting with tongs until the desired effect is achieved.
Despite their size and weight precise engineering allows ease of operation as with any other doors.
Three to four roller bearing hinges per leaf is the norm, not the exception. |
Glass is not included, however we will fabricate a panel to house the desired glass thickness. Glass and iron do not ship well. In addition, your needs are best served by a local glass company who would be readily available in the event of a glass failure. Eventually we could ship with glass, as an option; nevertheless it takes approximately 3 additional weeks, as the door needs to be completed prior to sizing the glass.
All the prices marked are for what is considered pre-hung, and all the sizes include the jambs and ball bearing hinges. Our epoxy finish and state of the art metallic coatings are weather tolerant in the harshest climate. |

All scrolled iron is hot-forged and hand crafted one piece at a time. We do not use buyout, prefabricated parts.

Glass is not included in the price. Eventually we could ship tempered glass up to a 1/2" thick but it will take three weeks additional time because the door needs to be completed prior to sizing the glass. |
