PINTU PINTU uses only select freight carriers who have proven over the y ears to be careful and timely in delivering merchandise to our customers. All merchandise is inspected and securely packed before leaving our premises and we fully insure all of our doors for 100% of the value in the event of damage. We use wood and plywood to form a solid crate.

SHIPPING TO USA.  In most cases, customer orders will be shipped to Los Angeles, and are then delivered to your doorstep by a trucking company.  The shipping time to the port of Los Angeles on the west coast of the USA is usually 4 to 5 weeks.  Door to door takes usually 5 or 6 weeks for arrival.

SHIPPING TO EUROPE AND THE REST OF THE WORLD:  Items are shipped directly by crate from Bali to the nearest cargo distribution center for pick up by the customer or delivery to the doorstep by arrangement with the freight forwarder. This usually takes 4 to 5 weeks for arrival.
